Ku6 Platform Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between ku6 (ku6.im) and every registered or unregistered user of the platform. Accessing, browsing, or using the ku6 platform in any way means these terms apply to you.

Ku6 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the platform and the effective date will be updated. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply to all games, betting, lottery, bonuses, and any other services offered by ku6.

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with ku6, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must not reside in a country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law
• You have not previously been banned from ku6
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration

Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any winnings or bonuses may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Ku6 may verify your identity at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Deposit

Ku6 supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ku6 does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply a service charge.

Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT
• Withdrawal amounts may be subject to maximum limits depending on your deposit method
• Withdrawing bonus funds requires completion of the applicable wagering requirements
• Processing time is generally within 1–48 hours
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification

Currency

All transactions on ku6 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Ku6 regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals for both new and existing members. All such offers are provided and may be modified entirely at ku6's discretion.

Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and you receive a BDT 100 bonus, you must place BDT 2,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days
• Bonus use may be restricted on certain games
• Ku6 reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account

RNG and Fairness

The outcome of all slots and casino games is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). This software is regularly audited by third parties.

Sports Betting

• No bets will be accepted after the betting cutoff
• Bets will be refunded if an event is cancelled
• Ku6 may withhold payment in cases of suspicious outcomes
• Ku6's decision is final in any dispute relating to scores or results

Technical Issues

In the event of a server or network issue during gameplay, ku6 will endeavor to refund bets on incomplete games. However, an incomplete game may still be deemed valid if sufficient data was recorded on the server.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ku6. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under the same identity
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses while circumventing bonus terms
• Fraud: Attempting to manipulate games using software or hardware
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds
• Automated Bots: Using automated software for betting or gaming
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing false chargeback claims
• Third-Party Payments: Using a payment method not registered in your own name
• Abusive Language: Abusive behavior toward the support team or other players

Ku6 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, particularly if:

• False information was provided at the time of registration
• Any clause of these Terms has been violated
• Suspicious activity is detected on the account
• Where required by a court order or government directive

You may also close your account yourself

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your current balance (excluding bonuses). Please contact our support team to proceed with the account closure.

Ku6 strives to provide the highest quality of service; however, ku6's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Game losses resulting from internet disconnection
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device
• In the event of delays caused by third-party payment gateways
• Service unavailability due to unscheduled server maintenance

Ku6 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. ku6's total liability shall never exceed the amount currently held in your account.
